Terms of Service
Last updated: March 22, 2026
1. Scope #
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this Dis.gg MCP service ("Services"), available on Dis.gg MCP only.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
2. Operator and Contact #
The Services are operated by Dylan Ysmal ("Xenthys", "we", "us", "our").

- Mail: Xenthys, 58 Rue de Monceau (CS 48756), 75008 Paris, France
3. Service Description #
This is an HTTP service that helps clients call Discord REST APIs.
The Services:
- are not a Discord replacement,
- are middleware/proxy tooling for API workflows,
- do not provide legal, compliance, or security guarantees for your own app logic,
- may enforce request restrictions and reject calls based on configured policies.
The service is designed to minimize stored data, avoid persistent token storage, and keep a strong focus on test coverage and operational safety. That does not remove your own responsibility to design a safe application around it.
4. Eligibility and Compliance #
You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You must comply with:
- applicable laws and regulations,
- Discord Terms of Service and Developer Terms,
- these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use #
You must not use the Services to:
- violate laws or third-party rights,
- bypass or attempt to bypass safety controls,
- abuse, harass, or target individuals unlawfully,
- perform unauthorized scanning, scraping, or denial-of-service behavior,
- exfiltrate data you are not authorized to access,
- upload or transmit malicious code.
You are responsible for all requests made using your credentials and integrations.
6. Authentication and Security Responsibilities #
You are responsible for protecting bot tokens, credentials, and any application-side secrets.
You must implement your own caller-side authorization and policy controls. While the service headers and safeguards offer defense-in-depth, they are not a substitute for proper application security design.
If you suspect a security issue, rotate your credentials immediately.
7. Third-Party Services #
The Services depend on third-party infrastructure and APIs (including Discord). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, rate limits, or data returned by third parties.
8. Availability and Changes #
The Services are provided on a best-effort basis. No service level agreement (SLA) is promised unless stated separately in writing.
Monitoring and alerting are in place, and operational issues are handled as quickly as reasonably possible, but uninterrupted availability cannot be strictly guaranteed.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. Where practical, we will try to provide notice. Immediate action may still be required in cases of abuse, security risk, infrastructure issues, or legal necessity.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Data and Privacy #
Our data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
10. Intellectual Property #
The Services, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.
11. Disclaimer #
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". This means we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted, perfectly error-free, or fit for every possible use case.
That said, the service is developed with a strong emphasis on maintainability, defense-in-depth, human review, and regression testing. The operator does not store bot tokens and significant changes are tested before deployment when reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability #
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
If liability is imposed despite the above, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification #
You agree to defend and indemnify us for direct claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- your use of the Services,
- your violation of these Terms,
- your violation of law or third-party rights.
14. Governing Law #
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your jurisdiction.
15. Termination #
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, especially in case of abuse, security risk, infrastructure protection, or legal non-compliance.
16. Miscellaneous #
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
